Academic Awards

  • Alden Scholar (2013 - Present)

    Students who, in the course of a year (September to September), complete a minimum of 30 semester credit hours and achieve a grade point average of 3.20 or higher receive special recognition as Alden Scholars.

  • Distinguished Junior in Computer Science (2016)

    Recognizes a junior majoring in computer science who has achieved the highest GPA in departmental courses.

  • Cupper Scholar (2016)

    Empirically analyzed reduction strategies of testing the integrity of database schemas by producing an R package, mrstudyr, which aggregates and analyzes the results collected from 30 trials. In addition to producing a tool, I interacted with another international research group in the United Kingdom.
